RICHARD N. DRAKE

Managing Member, Drake Law Firm, PLLC

Drawing on experience from his success as a Partner in several large, national and regional law firms, Rich brings knowledge and commitment to entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes and structures.

For almost thirty-five years, Rich helped clients resolve legal problems and achieve business goals.

By way of example, Rich has handled the following types of representation:

Advised owners and management with respect to a variety of complex business and financing transactions.
Counseled companies regarding corporate, securities and financing transactions and other related matters, as well as handled oversight of other third-party legal and professional services.
Led or participated in the representation of clients in over 200 mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactions totaling over $8,000,000,000.
Advised majority and minority shareholders in matters relating to minority shareholder agreements, actions, and negotiations.
Represented borrowers and lenders in a variety of secured and unsecured credit facilities, including asset-based loan transactions and syndicated financing arrangements.
Advised land acquisition companies and real estate developers in the acquisition, entitlement, development and sale of residential, office, and mixed-use real estate projects.
Counseled real estate developers and investors in a variety of corporate, tax, and real estate matters in mixed-use real estate development projects of various sizes and complexity.
